The short version
We collect what you type into our interest form so we can tell you about hangouts in your area. We never sell or share your information.
What we collect
When you fill out the interest form, we save:
- Your name and email (required)
- Your city (required), plus your state and ZIP code if you add them
- Your church, role, and denomination, if you add them
- How you’d like to be involved, and any message you send us
- That you agreed to be contacted, and when you signed up
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally.
Why we collect it
For two reasons only:
- To contact you about hangouts in your area, which is what you agreed to.
- To see where interest is growing, so we know where hangouts are needed.
What we never do
We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone outside Staff Hangout. We don’t add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Where it’s stored
Your information is stored securely with the service providers that run this site: Supabase (our database) and Vercel (our hosting). They store it for us, and they aren’t allowed to use it for anything else.
Changing or deleting your info
Want us to update or delete what you sent? Just ask and we’ll take care of it. Email us at hello@staffhangout.com.
